To preserve the matte finish of the recycled material and the clarity of the lenses, always store your glasses in their protective case. Clean surfaces only with a soft microfibre cloth and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, ensuring the frame maintains its original shape and colour.

Exchanges and Returns
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days from the moment they received the order.
The shipping costs for returning or exchanging a product are refunded to the customer in the form of a coupon to be used on a future purchase on the website.
Ideally, the product should be sent by registered mail to ensure that it arrives at the original address, thus avoiding loss.
In the case of exchanges, the customer may exchange the item for another identical item, provided it is in stock, or for another item(s) of equal value.
The exchange or return of the item must comply with all requirements:
- The purchase must be made online (with proof of purchase);
- The article must not show signs of misuse;
- The article must be in full;
- The item must be returned with tissue paper and ideally in a padded envelope to ensure it is protected. In the case of items with pearls, it is mandatory to send them in a padded bag;
- The item must be returned in perfect condition;
- The deadline for exchange is up to 14 days after receiving the item;
- The shipping costs for the new item are offered by M'Choices via regular mail, however, the brand is not responsible for any loss. If you would like the item to be sent via registered mail or in another format, you must indicate this by email;
- To exchange the product, send an email to geral@mchoices.pt.
Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the item.
In the event of a defect, M'Choices undertakes to replace the defective product with an identical one, provided that it is available in stock. If it cannot be replaced, its value will be refunded or the User will be given the option to choose another product with the same characteristics.
We do not accept returns on personalized pieces, engraved medals or custom-made items.

- €3.95 – Registered mail with 3-5 business day delivery. The order is delivered by hand.
- €4.99 – CTT Expresso with 1 business day delivery. Orders paid by 1 pm are delivered the next day by 7 pm.

Categories indicate the level of light that the lens allows through. In our collection:

Yes! A large part of our collection is made from recycled polyester (rPC) and uses lenses made from recycled material. We choose materials that minimise environmental impact, transforming waste into high-quality editorial accessories, so you can rock your look with a clear conscience.
The secret is in the simplicity: always use the microfiber cloth that comes with your glasses to clean the lenses. Avoid using your shirt or absorbent paper, which can create micro-scratches. When not in use, always store them in their case — avoiding extreme heat (like the car dashboard) also helps keep the frame structure impeccable.
M'Choices operates primarily online, with its own studio in Lisbon for production and customisation.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return new products, unused and in their original packaging.
After receipt and validation of the return, the refund will be processed within 10 working days using the same payment method.
Orders for Mainland Portugal: CTT Express 24/48h and registered mail 3/5 business days. For the Madeira and Azores islands, it takes about 5 business days.
