Payment can be made in several ways:

  • MB WAY: At an ATM, link your mobile number to your bank account and download the app to your phone. When making a purchase here on the website, you only need to provide your mobile number. More information at: https://www.mbway.pt
  • Payment for services at an ATM, using an entity and reference;
  • Paypal;
  • Credit card;
  • American Express;
  • Apple Pay;
  • Shop
  • Mastercard;
  • Visa.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

Products purchased by the User will be sent via CTT by standard mail, blue mail, registered mail or CTT Express, depending on the option the customer chooses at checkout.

Shipping costs are borne by the website and its owner only for orders from €49.99 and deliveries in Portugal. Occasionally, we will offer free shipping, which will be indicated in promotional campaigns or on the website itself.

Orders are usually dispatched daily. If the customer purchases a product that has the status "Pending" on the website, it means that it is yet to be produced, and shipping may take longer than expected.

We ship worldwide.

Shipping costs for Mainland Portugal and Islands:

Standard (€4.20) – Deliveries in 3/5 working days for Mainland Portugal and 7 working days for the islands of Madeira and the Azores.

CTT Express (€4.99) – Deliveries in 1/2 working days for Mainland Portugal.

Delivery times may be extended due to holiday seasons.

Products shipped to other countries have an additional shipping cost that varies according to the delivery country. Values can be consulted by choosing the delivery country when finalizing your purchase.
