Payment Methods and Shipping Costs
Payments
Payment can be made in several ways:
- MB WAY: At an ATM, associate your mobile phone number with your bank account and download the application to your mobile phone. When you make a purchase on the website, you only need to provide your mobile phone number. More information at: https://www.mbway.pt
- Payment for services at an ATM, through an entity and reference;
- Paypal;
- Credit card;
- Bank Transfer.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Time
The products purchased by the User will be sent via CTT via regular mail, priority mail, registered mail or CTT express, depending on the option the customer chooses at check-out.
Shipping costs are covered by the website and its owner only for orders over €50 and deliveries in Portugal. Occasionally, we will offer shipping costs that we will indicate in promotional campaigns or on the website itself.
Orders are usually shipped daily. If a customer purchases a product that has the status “Pending” on the website, it means that it is still being produced and shipping may take longer than expected.
We ship worldwide.
Shipping costs for mainland Portugal and the islands:
Registered mail delivered in person in a Kraft box (€3.95) – Deliveries in 2/3 working days for mainland Portugal and 7 working days for islands
CTT express mainland (€4.99) – Deliveries in 1 business day to the Islands and approximately 3 days to the Islands
Delivery times may be extended due to festive seasons.
Products sent to other countries have an additional shipping cost that varies depending on the country of delivery. The prices can be checked by choosing the country of delivery when finalizing your purchase.
Order Delays
Orders are sent via CTT. M'Choices is not responsible if orders take longer than expected. Should there be any delay, the customer must wait 30 days to file a complaint at the CTT counter, as the order may still be delivered (although delayed) within this period. Orders sent via regular mail and priority mail do not have a tracking number, so if the order takes longer to arrive, it will never be possible to track its whereabouts. In these cases, if the order is confirmed to have been lost after 30 days, M'Choices is not obliged to provide any refund or resend the products.
If the order is lost by registered mail, a complaint must be made to the carrier and the customer will only be reimbursed for the amount paid or a new shipment will be made after the carrier responds regarding the whereabouts of the order.
Returned Orders
If the order is returned to the sender (M'Choices) due to lack of address information, the shipping costs for resending the order will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges
In the case of exchanges, M'Choices offers free shipping by regular mail for the return of the new item to be exchanged.
