Privacy and Data Protection At M’Choices, trust is our most valuable asset. The data you share with us — such as your name, address, and contact information — is used exclusively to process your order and ensure you receive our news, should you have opted to subscribe to our newsletter.

2. Data communications made by the User themselves
By posting a comment or opinion on the website, the user tacitly and actively allows third parties to access this personal data. Therefore, Mchoices.pt and its owner are not responsible for any possible consequences or damages that the User or a third party may suffer as a result of their free decision to share them.
This, within the scope of this Privacy Policy that the User must be aware of, exempts Mchoices and its owner from any fines, claims, penalties, and other sanctions that may arise as a consequence of the User's non-compliance with the provisions of this paragraph.
3. Use of Cookies
Cookies are used by default only to measure audience and access traffic, as well as to monitor evolution and the number of entries. The User, however, has the option to configure their browser to be notified of cookie reception and to prevent them from being installed on their device.
The Mchoices website does not use cookies obtained from User navigation for purposes other than those mentioned above; however, it is not responsible for the use made of them by the server and the service where the Site is hosted, namely to improve the User's experience.
4. Exercise of rights
By identifying themselves for this purpose, the User can exercise their rights of access, correction, cancellation, and opposition, by email addressed to geral@mchoices.pt.
Terms of Use
These General Terms of Use and Commitment, hereinafter, the General Conditions, determine, together with the privacy policy, the access and use by the user of the website www.mchoices.pt and its subdomains (hereinafter "the Site"), as well as the products and services contracted through it.
By accepting these General Conditions, the User determines that: they have read, understood, and comprehended the content of this document, that they have the capacity to exercise rights and to be bound, and therefore assume all obligations set forth herein.
The use of the Site confers the status of User (hereinafter "the User") and implies the acceptance of all terms included in these General Conditions.
Due to the possible optimization and alteration of these Terms of Use, the user must consult them every time they access the Site.
The owner of the Site, within the scope of their contractual freedom, reserves the right to carry out, at any time and without prior notice, any modification or update of its contents and services; of these General Conditions and, in general, of all elements that integrate the design and configuration of the Site.
The owner of the Site is not responsible for any health damages to the User that may be caused by the incorrect and improper use of products sold on the site.

2.1. Access to the Site
Access to the Site is free, except for connection costs through the telecommunications network, provided by the provider contracted by the User.
2.2. Need for Registration
In general, to access the services and content of the Site, User Registration will not be necessary.
2.3. Site Usage Rules
The User is obliged to use the Site, all its content and services, as established by law, morality and public order, and in these General Conditions. They are also obliged to make proper use of the services and/or content of the Site, without applying them to carry out illicit activities or those constituting a crime that infringe the rights of third parties and/or violate intellectual and industrial property regulations, or any other applicable legal norms.
2.4. Exclusion of Liability
Mchoices.pt and its owner are not responsible for damages caused to the software and computer equipment of Users, as well as third parties, during the use of the services offered on the Site, or finally, for damages resulting even from the suspension or closure of the Site during the provision, or for damages resulting from the network.
2.5. Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of the Site, such as texts, photographs, graphics, images, are the intellectual property of the owner of Mchoices.pt or third parties and cannot be understood as having assigned to the User any of the exploitation rights recognized by current law regarding intellectual property.
The brands, trade names and logos are the property of Mchoices or third parties, without access to the Site being understood as a right attributed over them.
By accepting these General Conditions, the User assigns to Mchoices.pt, free of charge and exclusively, all exploitation rights over articles, comments and opinions (hereinafter "the Content") published by the User, or whose publication is authorized on the Site.
The User, who claims to possess all intellectual property rights over the aforementioned articles, comments, and opinions, is obliged to assume any claim or liability, including compensation for damages, that a third party may assert against Mchoices.pt and its owner, for considering their rights infringed by any action derived from the obligations that the User contracts, directly or indirectly, with these General Conditions.
Similarly, the User is obliged to keep Mchoices and its owner harmless from any damage that they, or a third party, may suffer as a consequence of the formalization of the assignment of rights regulated in this clause.
- Commitment Conditions
3.1. Images and product availability
We ask that if you find any type of error, you report it so that we can correct it as quickly as possible, for the benefit of all Users. Likewise, we advise, when purchasing any product on this page, to confirm that the product name is the one you desire.
All product orders will be subject to their availability.
3.2. Purchase procedure
The procedure for purchasing products through the Site's Online Store is as follows:
- The user adds products to the cart;
- The user confirms that they wish to purchase them on the Store page;
- The user identifies themselves and provides the shipping/delivery address;
- The user chooses the payment method;
- The user pays using that method;
- The site and its management then validate the confirmation of this payment and its receipt within a maximum of 48 hours.
- The products are sent to the address designated by the user.
3.4. Order delivery and returns
Products purchased by the User will be shipped via CTT (Portuguese Post Office). Shipping costs are borne by the website itself and its owner for purchases over €50 and for deliveries within Portugal.
Order delivery will be made to the shipping address freely designated by the User in the order form. Mchoices.pt and its owner will not assume any responsibility that is not attributable to them, namely when product delivery is not carried out as a consequence of inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided by the User, as well as in the event that delivery cannot be made due to reasons beyond the control of the designated CTT, such as the absence of the recipient.
If for any reason you wish to return an item, in accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 consecutive days after receiving the order to terminate the contract, without needing to provide a justification.
Return Conditions: The item must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of use, with intact packaging and all labels.
Refund: After we receive and validate the condition of the item, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid for the product, through the same original payment method, within a maximum of 14 days.
Personalised Items: As these are pieces created especially for you, personalised or custom-made orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Costs: In case of return or exchange at the customer's request, the shipping and re-shipping transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of exchanges, these will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the item.
In case of defect, Mchoices.pt undertakes to replace the defective product with an identical one, whenever it is available in stock. In the event that it cannot be replaced, its value will be refunded or the User will be given the option to choose another product with the same characteristics.
3.5 Delays in order deliveries
At M’Choices, we take care of every detail, from preparing your order until it reaches your hands. We work with CTT, and although most deliveries occur within estimated times, occasional delays may arise due to logistical overload or external circumstances.
- Delivery Tracking: If your order is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact us. If the shipping status still shows "in distribution" in the carrier's systems, we ask for your patience to await the completion of the delivery by the courier, as this final stage of the process is independent of our immediate management.
- Loss Procedure: We consider an order "lost" only after official confirmation by the carrier or, in the absence of tracking, after a reasonable period exceeding usual delivery times.
- Our Guarantee: M’Choices assumes responsibility for your purchase until it reaches its destination. If definitive loss is confirmed after verification procedures with the carrier, we guarantee reshipment at no additional cost or a full refund of the amount paid, according to your preference.
3.6 International Deliveries
Shipments made to Europe and the rest of the world have a shipping time of between 1 to 3 working days, with delivery subject to the postal and transport services of the recipient.
3.7 Unclaimed Orders and Abandonment of Goods
- The customer has a maximum period of 6 (six) months, from the date of issue of the notice that the order is ready for delivery or pickup, to proceed with its collection or shipping scheduling.
- During this period, M'Choices will attempt to contact the customer using the provided data (email and/or phone) to remind them of the need to pick up the order, including a final notice with a minimum of 15 days' advance notice before the deadline.
- If the 6-month period expires without the customer having picked up the order or responded to the contacts made, the goods will be considered legally abandoned.
- After the aforementioned period, M'Choices reserves the right to donate the items to a charity of its choice, integrating them into its social responsibility and circularity policy.
- The abandonment of goods under this clause implies the loss of the right to the items by the customer, granting no right to reimbursement, credit note, or compensation of any kind.
- Cancellation and ineffectiveness of clauses
If any of the clauses included in these General Conditions were declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect said provision or the part thereof that results null or ineffective, these General Conditions subsisting over all the remaining and considering such provision, totally or partially, as not included.
- Article values
M’Choices reserves the right to change the price of items without prior notice. All items are subject to the current VAT rate.
6. Product warranty
Products purchased on the website have a 3-year warranty. If the product has a manufacturing defect or anomaly, it will be exchanged for an identical one or, if out of stock, it may be exchanged for another of equal value. Stainless steel and silver pieces require special care, therefore, in case of negligence in handling the pieces, the warranty does not cover the exchange of the item. Each situation will be analyzed by our technical team.
7. Coupons and offers
Discount coupons are not cumulative in a single purchase, unless indicated in the offer that they are.
Offers given by M’Choices are subject to existing stock. It is not possible to exchange a gift item.
8. Applicable legislation
These General Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force within the Portuguese State.
