Medals with personalized engraving typically have a production time of 2 to 5 business days. This time is necessary to ensure a perfect finish. After that, shipping is done normally, according to the chosen delivery method.
It depends on the type of engraving. If it's an illustration created by us, payment is required first. For other engravings, we can send a preview of the image in the software.
No. The engraving is done directly on the metal and is permanent. However, we recommend avoiding chemicals and friction to preserve the piece's shine over time.
As this is a personalized product, engraved medals cannot be returned.
Currently, we only engrave medals purchased from our store to guarantee the quality of the final result.
