It depends on the option you choose at checkout. We have registered mail delivery which can take 3-5 business days, express delivery with 1 business day delivery to mainland Portugal and the option of free collection at our atelier in Lisbon.

Yes, it is possible to exchange a gift within 14 days, provided the product is new and unused. Personalised products are excluded from exchanges, except in case of manufacturing defects.

All products sold come with a 1-year legal warranty, valid throughout the European Union.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to normal wear and tear or misuse.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return new products, unused and in their original packaging.

Upon receipt and validation of the return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method.

Orders for mainland Portugal: CTT express 24/48h and registered mail 3/5 business days. For the islands of Madeira and Azores, it takes approximately 5 business days.
