Exchanges and Returns
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days from the moment they received the order.
The shipping costs for returning or exchanging a product are refunded to the customer in the form of a coupon to be used on a future purchase on the website.
Ideally, the product should be sent by registered mail to ensure that it arrives at the original address, thus avoiding loss.
In the case of exchanges, the customer may exchange the item for another identical item, provided it is in stock, or for another item(s) of equal value.
The exchange or return of the item must comply with all requirements:
- The purchase must be made online (with proof of purchase);
- The article must not show signs of misuse;
- The article must be in full;
- The item must be returned with tissue paper and ideally in a padded envelope to ensure it is protected. In the case of items with pearls, it is mandatory to send them in a padded bag;
- The item must be returned in perfect condition;
- The deadline for exchange is up to 14 days after receiving the item;
- The shipping costs for the new item are offered by M'Choices via regular mail, however, the brand is not responsible for any loss. If you would like the item to be sent via registered mail or in another format, you must indicate this by email;
- To exchange the product, send an email to geral@mchoices.pt.
Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the item.
In the event of a defect, M'Choices undertakes to replace the defective product with an identical one, provided that it is available in stock. If it cannot be replaced, its value will be refunded or the User will be given the option to choose another product with the same characteristics.
We do not accept returns on personalized pieces, engraved medals or custom-made items.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME
- €3.95 – Registered mail with delivery in 3-5 working days. The order is delivered in person.
- €4.99 – CTT Expresso with delivery in 1 business day. Orders paid before 1pm are delivered the next day before 7pm.

It depends on the option you choose at checkout. We have registered mail delivery which can take 3-5 business days, express delivery with 1 business day delivery to mainland Portugal and the option of free collection at our atelier in Lisbon.

Dispões de 14 dias após a receção da encomenda para devolver produtos novos, sem sinais de uso e na embalagem original.
Após receção e validação da devolução, o reembolso é processado no prazo de 10 dias úteis pelo mesmo método de pagamento.
Encomendas para Portugal Continental: CTT expresso 24/48h e em correio registado 3/5 dias úteis. Para ilhas Madeira e Açores demora cerca de 5 dias úteis.
Em períodos promocionais ou de elevado volume, os prazos podem sofrer ligeiras variações, pelo que recomendamos consultar a Política de Envios ou contactar o apoio ao cliente.
